Luckiest Girl in the World.

I am one of the luckiest girls in the world to be married to such a wonderful man!

Labor Day

On Labor Day we spent the day PLAYING outside!

Drillers

Our church choir had our summer get together at a Tulsa Drillers game. We were so excited to take the girls to their first baseball game. That was all Claire talked about the entire day. "Is it time for baseball game?" Then on the way there in the car she kept yelling over and over "BASEBALL GAME!!" When we got there the girls were given their very own and very first pack of baseball cards, Drillers players of course. They were so excited! "Look mommy we got cards!" said Claire. We ate up in the conference center before the game. Claire just wanted to run around with her friends and didn't eat much and Quinn ate her weight in hot dogs. Once we got down to the field we were wishing we remembered a glove. We were sitting on the front row, first base line in right field. (Not sure that makes sense, maybe you baseball people will know what I am talking about)  The girls sat down and watched the game for maybe 2 minutes then it was off to climb up and down the stairs with friends. It was a really fun night and hopefully once it gets a little cooler we will take them again.

Our first baseball game!

Pajama Dresses

The girls loved their pajama dresses (that is what Claire named them) so much that they wanted their pictures taken in them two nights in a row. I was a little nervous this would become a new habit but luckily it ended after the second night. Claire even told me "Mommy, it's wonderful!!" when she put it on the first night. Who knew it would make them so happy.

My Big Girl

It is hard to believe that Claire will be 3 years old in 3 months. Wow, time goes by so fast!!!

Golf Pros

We may just have the next female golf pros growing up in our house. I found these cheap plastic golf clubs and bag for the girls. They were so excited to play. Almost as excited as Jared was. Jared showed them how to hold the club and helped them with a few practice swings. They could have played all night if we would have let them. I think Jared had more fun...he even got out his clubs and practice balls and played.
So excited, even though they have no idea what a golf club is.

Getting distracted by the neighbor boy on his skateboard.

Sprinkles

The girls loved to play in their little blow up pool in the back yard. Yes I said loved...Samson chewed it to smithereens. There were plastic pieces all over the backyard and who knows where else. ;) I should have known it would only be a matter of time. I mean this is the dog that ate off the side of our house, chewed on the cable cords and chewed his dog house in half. The pool never stood a chance. So, since there was no pool we all played in the sprinkler. (Don't worry there are no pictures of Jared and I in our swimsuits!!) It was the first time for the girls and they really enjoyed themselves. I am not sure what took us so long to try it out but now that is all I hear every morning. "Mommy can we play in the sprinkles today?"
Easing in...she must get that from me.

Whoops, it got her right in the face.

I love this one!

Playing fetch with Samson...or maybe it is keep away.
